What you’ll do
- Own all affiliate partner relationships end-to-end, including scoping, pitching, negotiations, launch, and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop a strong working relationship with new and existing affiliate partners to meet monthly and quarterly performance goals.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to identify and engage potential partners categories to grow B9’s reach.
- Implement new performance initiatives and processes, developing new content, resources, and rescoping of additional product offerings.
- Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers for affiliate partners.
What we’re looking for
- 2-3 years experience in managing affiliate marketing programs ideally in finance space
- Experience pitching clearly, closing deals with prospects, and continuously managing partner relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels of the organization.
- High EQ and attention to detail, collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical groups.
- Strong team player with excellent track record of success.
