B9, Inc is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as Meta, Google, programmatic, etc. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing and media buying, with experience in managing campaigns in the US in banking, finance, or lending space. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive growth, maximize ROI, and increase brand awareness.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising
- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve campaign goals
- Manage and oversee advertising budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital advertising, and identify new opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with advertising partners and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Display & Video 360
- Report on campaign performance to senior management and provide recommendations for future campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and media buying, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Experience managing campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with advertising partners and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Display & Video 360.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Appsflyer, GA, GTM, etc.
- Full-time, relocation to Mexico-City
