² B9 Advance℠ is not offered through Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC. B9 Advance℠ is an optional, no fee service offered by B9 to its members that requires members to set up a payroll direct deposit to be deposited to the member’s B9 Account℠ at least once each month. The amount of advance a member is eligible to receive will be based on the member's B9 Account℠ history, payroll direct deposit frequency and deposit amount, and other factors determined by B9, and may change from time to time. If a member directs funds to its B9 Account℠ outside his/her paycheck, those funds will not count towards their payroll deposit.

For B9 Advance, Terms and Conditions and eligibility requirements apply. Not all members will qualify. Advance amounts range from $30 to $500. New members are usually offered Advances of between $30 to $50. Average approved advance for B9 Basic plan is $76 and the average approved advance for the B9 Premium plan is $270 as of September 2024. See Terms of Service or contact B9 via support@bnine.com for additional terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements. B9 Advance may not be available in all states. For all Nevada residents we apply B9 Premium terms and limits.

For Cashback, Terms and Conditions apply. Cashback percentage may vary based on purchase category. Cashback amounts may change from time to time and are subject to the B9 Cashback Program Rules. Please see B9 Cashback Rewards Disclosure for full details.

B9 warrants that it has no legal or contractual claim against you based on a failure to repay a B9 Advance. B9 will not provide a member with further advances while any amount of their prior B9 Advance remains unpaid under the B9 Advance℠ service. With respect to a failure to repay an advance, B9 warrants it will not engage in any debt collection activities, place the amount owed with or sell to a third party for collections, or report the unpaid balance to a consumer reporting agency.

All customer data is properly secured in accordance with federal and state regulations and will be retained until all state and federally mandated record retention requirements are met.
