At first I was Skeptical of this app. A lot of paycheck advancement app are Deceiving and hard to set up and are not 100% honest. B9 was actually simple and they kept there word on Everything they advertise.I got a paycheck advancement easy and quick without any fees. I would definitely recommend this app. My experience was great the only thing I would change would be that the app lets you transfer money to a debit card instantly. Is my money FDIC insured?
Yes, funds in your B9 account are insured by the FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Company) through our partner bank, Evolve Bank & Trust, up to the legal limit of $250,000.
B9 Membership Plans
Basic Plan: Through our B9 Account and B9 Card, B9 will charge you a subscription fee of $9.99 (each month while you are a B9 customer).

B9 has the right to change or waive any subscription fee for the use of the B9 Account and B9 Card at any time with prior notice in accordance with applicable law.

We do not charge any additional fees for internal member to member transfers, ACH transfers, or the advance service we offer. The B9 membership fee is for the B9 account.

Premium Plan: For $19.99 a month, the B9 Premium Plan gets you all the features of the B9 Advance Plan and more!

-20% discount ($16/month) for 3 months package

With the B9 Premium Plan, you get to check your credit report, credit bureau score, and a credit score simulator with more features to come. Not only that, but you may be offered higher advance limits compared to the regular B9 Advance Plan that offers up to $300.

Reset a PIN
PIN is set during card activation.

To reset the PIN, customer must go to the cards tab -> click on the 3 dots in the top right corner -> select reset PIN.
Still fail to scan your ID?
There could be several reasons why your document is not being captured:

Make sure you don't have an active account under different phone number. If you do - request to update the phone number on your previous account
Your document doesn't have expiration date (system doesn't accept documents without expiration date)
If you are still facing difficulty, please contact customer service by emailing customer support at support@bnine.com.
Transaction Dispute
We strongly recommend that you reach out to the merchant you are wanting to dispute the transaction from in order to discuss the details of the transaction. This may be a much quicker process to resolve your concern, as they may be able to refund you the purchase and save you time.

If you are looking to continue with the dispute process, please note that only transactions that are posted to your account can be disputed. Pending charges may be temporary or can change before they post.

We strongly recommend you reaching out to the merchant for immediate questions about any charges you may have with them. You also have the ability to lock your card to prevent further transactions from occurring by going to the Cards Tab of the app, clicking on the top right corner, and selecting Lock Card.

What kind of transfer B9 doesn't accept?
Wire Transfers: We do not accept wire transfers. If you attempt a wire transfer, the transaction will be rejected. We are not liable for wire transfers that you initiate to your B9 Account or deposits of any kind that you mail to us, including if it is lost in transit, lost in the mail, or otherwise not received by us.

Cash: We do not accept cash deposits. If you mail us a cash deposit, we will return the cash to you.

Paper Checks: If you mail a paper check to us, including personal checks, money orders or cashier’s checks, we may apply the check to any negative balance you may have on your B9 Spending Account or return the check to you.

Foreign Currency: We do not accept any deposits in foreign currency. Any deposits received in foreign currency, whether in the form of cash or check, will be returned to you.
Can I refund B9 Membership fee?
At the moment that you signed up with us, you agreed to have the monthly fees deducted from your account and unfortunately, we cannot refund the monthly fees, as these are used to manage your B9 account.
