What kind of transfer B9 doesn't accept?
Wire Transfers: We do not accept wire transfers. If you attempt a wire transfer, the transaction will be rejected. We are not liable for wire transfers that you initiate to your B9 Account or deposits of any kind that you mail to us, including if it is lost in transit, lost in the mail, or otherwise not received by us.

Cash: We do not accept cash deposits. If you mail us a cash deposit, we will return the cash to you.

Paper Checks: If you mail a paper check to us, including personal checks, money orders or cashier’s checks, we may apply the check to any negative balance you may have on your B9 Spending Account or return the check to you.

Foreign Currency: We do not accept any deposits in foreign currency. Any deposits received in foreign currency, whether in the form of cash or check, will be returned to you.
Send Money to Another Card (transfers from your B9 Card):
The maximum amount of money you can send in one transaction is $500 and the minimum amount is $1.
$1,000 or 4 times per day
$3,000 or 10 times per week
$3,000 or 12 times per month
How can I change my name on my B9 account?
Name change? No problem! All you need to do is reach out to our support team with the following:

Type out your new name that you need to update your account to
A selfie with you holding the ID that has your new name as proof of name change
Once you have that, feel free to contact our support team and we will change right away!

How do I upload required documents?
How to upload images to ensure the best outcome:

Use the original document (not a copy or scanned image)
Use the appropriate document
Be sure to take the picture in a bright, well lit room
Avoid any glares, don’t use a flash
Ensure that the entire document is captured and that none of the important areas are covered
Before completing/submitting the image capture, please check that all documents in the picture are clear and legible.

Can I refund B9 Membership fee?
At the moment that you signed up with us, you agreed to have the monthly fees deducted from your account and unfortunately, we cannot refund the monthly fees, as these are used to manage your B9 account.

Transfer money from my B9 account
In the B9 app, you can transfer funds domestically. In the Wallet tab click Send Money and choose one of the options:

Send money instantly to external card (only US debit cards are accepted)
Instant transfer between existing B9 users
Domestic transfer via ACH (1-3 days)
These are the possible reasons why the transfer was failed:

Receiving card doesn't have PUSH feature
Exceeded the limits for transactions
Transaction Dispute
We strongly recommend that you reach out to the merchant you are wanting to dispute the transaction from in order to discuss the details of the transaction. This may be a much quicker process to resolve your concern, as they may be able to refund you the purchase and save you time.

If you are looking to continue with the dispute process, please note that only transactions that are posted to your account can be disputed. Pending charges may be temporary or can change before they post.

We strongly recommend you reaching out to the merchant for immediate questions about any charges you may have with them. You also have the ability to lock your card to prevent further transactions from occurring by going to the Cards Tab of the app, clicking on the top right corner, and selecting Lock Card.

How do I update my address?
Have a new address? No problem! Please contact our support team with the following:

Type out your new address you would like to update your account to
Attach a proof of new address such as a utility bill or USPS piece of mail
Once you have those, please reach out to us and we will be able to change right away!
Still fail to scan your ID?
There could be several reasons why your document is not being captured:

Make sure you don't have an active account under different phone number. If you do - request to update the phone number on your previous account
Your document doesn't have expiration date (system doesn't accept documents without expiration date)
If you are still facing difficulty, please contact customer service by emailing customer support at support@bnine.com.
Is my money FDIC insured?
Yes, funds in your B9 account are insured by the FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Company) through our partner bank, Evolve Bank & Trust, up to the legal limit of $250,000.
How can I close my account?
If you wish to close your account, please make sure to remove your direct deposit away from coming to B9 to avoid any future issues by following these steps:

Open the B9 app -> Go to the profile tab -> Tap on manage your direct deposit -> Select online deposit switch -> Tap on continue -> Tap at the button on the top right corner next to "your connections" -> Select: revoke access.

You can move your deposit away from the "Manage your direct deposit" and also by going directly to your employer to update your paycheck allocation with them. We suggest confirming with your employer as well.
Where do I find my account and routing number?
The account and routing number can be found in the Wallet Tab. Click on the 3 dots in the top right and then click on B9 Wallet.
